If you are an owner, operator, or manager of buildings or facilities, we are happy to serve you by preparing plans that you may use to obtain contractor bids and building permits for MEP system upgrades or replacement projects.

The Chong Group has provided its expertise to help luxury hotels, office buildings, medical clinics, schools, and other facilities earn the EPA’s prestigious ENERGY STAR Building Label.
